RePlanly

Context behind RePlanly’s structure

RePlanly was created as a platform for collecting and presenting structured feedback examples in planning. Our team focuses on sourcing anonymized and publicly available formats that show how comments are organized in written form. These materials are not modified to suggest improvement or direction. We aim to maintain original order and phrasing where possible. No part of the platform promotes analysis, intervention, or behavioral change.

Our Approach

The content on RePlanly is compiled to highlight structural features, such as formatting techniques, grouping logic, and feedback categorization. We do not modify or filter the tone of the original examples. Our role is not to extract meaning or provide interpretation. Instead, we emphasize consistency, neutrality, and non-directive organization. Each piece of content is selected based on structure—not effectiveness or outcome. This ensures a purely observational function.

RePlanly

Non-directive curation

The RePlanly team curates materials using a strict neutrality-first policy. Contributors are instructed not to evaluate, endorse, or reject any specific planning approach. Instead, the focus remains on visual clarity, document cleanliness, and non-biased presentation. Our materials are presented without embedded context, offering only general structural insight. No team member is involved in giving suggestions or follow-ups. This keeps our content suitable for passive informational viewing.

Ongoing Updates

Although RePlanly does not offer live content, we occasionally add new static templates and neutral feedback summaries. These updates are done manually and reviewed to ensure that no promotional or directive elements are introduced. We do not offer release notes or changelogs, as content updates do not impact function or interpretation. New uploads follow the same structure-first guidelines. All changes aim to preserve the site's non-influential character. There are no personalized alerts or content suggestions.
